Sports Employability Programme
Turn your love of sport into a rewarding career
At Montrose Community Trust, we know that passion for sport can transcend the playing field. It can be an incredible launchpad into personal growth, career opportunities, and new possibilities.
Our Sports Employability Programme is a hands-on, community-focused initiative that harnesses the power of sport to develop real-world skills and help young people pursue positive pathways and transition into employment, further education, or training.
How It works
The Sports Employability Programme is split into three key stages, taking place over 10 months

know
With support from MCT, participants will take part in accredited learning, gaining recognised qualifications in areas such as business, enterprise, finance, marketing, planning and professional conduct.

Working with our employer partners, participants will apply their learning in practical, supported settings through real-world placements, volunteering, and community projects.
