That’s right. We’re calling on ambitious businesses and corporate leaders to become part of one
of the most exciting community-led developments currently underway in Scotland.
MCT is now actively seeking large-scale corporate partnerships, with investment opportunities
ranging from £75,000 to £250,000, to help deliver the transformational Gable End Community
Hub at Links Park, Montrose.
Far more than a traditional sponsorship opportunity, the Trust is positioning the Gable End as a
platform for meaningful, long-term partnership between business and community; one that
delivers tangible social impact, regional and national visibility, and measurable CSR outcomes.
The development will transform an ageing stand at Links Park Stadium into a modern, multi-
purpose community facility supporting health and wellbeing, dementia services, employability,
education, climate initiatives, and inclusive community programming. Once complete, the facility
will include dedicated spaces such as a sensory room, digital learning lab, classroom and
flexible activity space, not to mention the first dementia centre in an active football stadium, in
Scotland. All of these elements will significantly increase the Trust’s capacity to serve the
region.

The Trust already works alongside a growing network of corporate supporters and strategic
partners, demonstrating the confidence that local and national organisations have in both the
project and the Trust’s wider vision.
Particular recognition has been given to Montrose Port Authority, named Courier Business of
the Year 2024, whose substantial backing of £200,000 has played a major role in helping the
Gable End project gain momentum. Their support has become a leading example of how
corporate investment can directly contribute to community regeneration, wellbeing, and inclusive
growth.
Alongside existing backing from charitable trusts and public funders, the project has also
attracted growing support from the corporate sector, with organisations including Montrose Port
Authority, Due North Creatives, Seagreen, Crawford Architecture, GoFibre and a range of local
businesses all contributing to the momentum behind the development and further underlining
the scale and ambition of the project.
Importantly, the Trust believes the Gable End offers businesses more than brand exposure
